Quinn and Valor- Demacias Wings
Quinn is the latest adc (attack damage carry) for League of Legends. She was released a couple months ago by the Riot team, and about time too. It had been a long time since they gave us a new adc. What sets Quinn apart from other ranged carries? Part of it is her style, part of it is her name (only Q name so far!) but mostly it's the bird. Haven't you heard? The bird is the word...

Quinn does not come to the fields of battle alone. She brings her giant eagle, Valor. They work as a team to demolish their foes, and it really is a pretty lethal combo. While you are fighting and farming, Valor periodically marks a nearby target (minion or enemy champion) by flying down and placing a marker on them. You can then shoot the marker off their faces to deal extra damage. This is your passive ability (Harrier), and it happens all the time. Fun stuff. You can also shoot Valor in a straight line with your Q (Blinding Assault), damaging and blinding all targets in the area. Blind is useful because it makes enemies unable to hit you with single target spells for a short time.

Quinns W (Heightened Senses) is a really useful tool to keep those junglers off your back and reduce death by gank. Passively, it increases your attack speed and movement speed after hitting a target marked by Valor. When you activate it, Valor flies up in the air and reveals a large area around you. This lets you see anyone hiding in a bush or in the fog of war, and gives you time to escape ganks. It has a long cool down time, but it's essentially a free ward every minute.

Her E (Vault) is a nice harassing skill. She jumps onto her target, interrupting, slowing and damaging them all at once. Oh, and Valor immediately marks that target. After the jump, Vault lands Quinn at her maximum range from that target, so you are far enough away to avoid retaliation strikes, and you are in range to follow up with an auto attack for that extra damage on Valors mark. It's really a very effective poke.

After landing a nice Q/E combo, your enemy is slowing running away from you, now it's time to crush them with her ultimate, Tag Team. For the duration of your ultimate (or until you hit R again) Valor replaces Quinn as a mobile melee attacker. This bird is insanely fast, and you can still use all of your skills, they do pretty much the same thing, but as a bird instead of as Quinn. When you are ready, press R and Quinn falls from the sky in a hail of arrows piercing everything in a large range.

Quinn and Valor are one the nastiest laning duos that Riot has made yet, and anyone who enjoys a challenge will like playing this champ. She is not the easiest adc to play, but once you figure out how to control her, well, the ba-ba-bird bird bird, the bird IS the word.
